Job summary

This fast-paced role requires excellent communication, a passion for service, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Weekend and holiday availability is needed. You will learn menu details, process payments, and contribute to a collaborative team environment while benefiting from scheduling

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• A passion for service with a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle high volume and work under pressure.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Prior OpenTable experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Effectively assign servers to sections and manage reservations.
• Maintain the restaurant entryway and complete side work and cleaning.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a friendly and safe work environment.
• Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Be knowledgeable of menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer questions.
• Process all payment methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
