Responsibilities include:

1. Providing fast, friendly, professional customer service to guests and staff.
2. Operating POS systems, handling cash accurately, and maintaining financial integrity.
3. Understanding the restaurant menu and beverages.
4. Processing refunds and credit memorandums as directed.
5. Greeting and seating guests, coordinating restaurant flow, and assigning stations.
6. Supervising restaurant operations in the absence of management.
7. Assisting wait staff and bus persons as needed.
8. Resolving service issues following guidelines.
9. Maintaining dining and serving areas according to standards.
10. Promoting casino events and providing directions to guests.
11. Answering phones professionally.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to operate POS systems and perform basic math.
• Fluent in English.
• Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
