Job summary

Golden Pahrump Lakeside, LLC is seeking a Host/Cashier to be the first point of contact for guests in our dining area. You will greet guests, seat them, and handle financial transactions with accuracy, while upholding our service standards.

You will work as part of a team in a fast-paced casino dining environment, manage inquiries, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience. Prior cash handling and POS experience is preferred; must maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • 18+ years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal).
  • Obtain and maintain work cards as required by the company.
  • Verify right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests, seat them promptly, and manage dining flow.
  • Provide timely, courteous guest service and handle inquiries.
  • Accurately manage assigned bank and cash transactions; notify supervisor when transporting funds.
  • Answer phones professionally and assist guests with inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness of entrances, tables, menus, and stations; report deficiencies.
  • Assure VIP arrivals and special requests are accommodated.
  • Offer friendly departing remarks and invite guests to return.
