Job summary

Firestone Walker Brewing Company is seeking a courteous Host/Hostess to warmly welcome guests, seat them, and guide them through the menu and beer selections.

You will answer questions about food and beverages, maintain a tidy host stand and restrooms, and ensure guests have an exceptional experience. Weekend availability is preferred, with opportunities to learn about brewing and taproom operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher; must be 18+.
• Ability to obtain Food Handlers Card within new hire training period.
• Ability to obtain California Responsible Beverage Service certification within new hire training period.
• Weekend availability preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced restaurant or customer service environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers as they enter the restaurant.
• Provide menus and explain QR code options to guests.
• Answer questions about food, beers, or retail items.
• Thank guests and bid farewell as they leave.
• Maintain clean, organized host stand and restrooms, restocking as needed.
