Qualifications

• 2 years of prior experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong communication skills with guests and teammates.
• Positive, upbeat attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends.
• Valid Food Handler Card and Alcohol Awareness Training Certificate upon hire.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and handle a physically demanding role.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Host duties: greet guests, seat parties, explain concept, manage wait lists, and provide menu information.
• Back Server duties: deliver food, manage tableware, reset tables, assist servers, and maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operation with hosts and servers.
