We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Host Associate-Food Service. Under the direction of the Patient Services Management, the Host Associate is responsible for enhancing the quality of care by creating a hospitable atmosphere throughout the patient's hospital stay.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college or higher education preferred. Must be fluent in English; bilingual skills are a plus. Basic math, computer, and keyboarding skills are necessary. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to perform service recovery. Ability to walk to various units multiple times a day. Prior hospital food service experience is advantageous.
