What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products are primarily used in the home, focusing on kitchen and gardening tools. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales or results, though performance incentives are available. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training.

Compensation

Reps are paid $25.00 per appointment (not based on sales or results), with the possibility of earning commissions based on performance. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during slow weeks.

Training and Career Growth

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Even if someone doesn't stay long-term, they gain valuable sales, networking, and communication skills applicable to any field. Long-term reps can advance into management or professional sales roles.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help our reps create flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time, fitting around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Most training and meetings are held in the office, but reps work from home and locally after training.
