Position Summary

The Host(ess) is a vital part of the Imperfecto team, responsible for enhancing the customer experience. Key qualities include professionalism, friendliness, excellent tableside manners, teamwork, and agility to ensure a memorable dining and entertainment experience for our guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, refined, and highly professional service to guests.
• Ensure every guest has an exceptional overall experience.
• Answer incoming calls and provide appropriate service.
• Manage reservations and confirm them daily.
• Control guest flow, confirm reservations, or communicate wait times.
• Relay special guest needs to servers and managers.
• Manage the coat closet, including taking and returning coats, bags, and accessories.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance, including a clean uniform throughout the shift.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies to protect guests and staff.
