At Tangled Roots, we embrace your nature. We are looking for a friendly and energetic Host to be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest has a positive experience from the moment they arrive.

Roles and Responsibilities

The host is the first point of contact for guests, shaping their overall experience. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests upon arrival
• Handling reservations via phone or in person
• Managing phone calls and guest inquiries
• Providing menu knowledge and answering questions
• Assisting wait staff as needed
• Providing accurate wait times and escorting guests to their tables
• Maintaining cleanliness and stock of restrooms
• Addressing guest complaints professionally
