About the Position:

Narragansett is seeking friendly and energetic personalities to work at our restaurant located in TF Green Airport.

Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Greeting customers as they enter the restaurant
  • Assisting guests with reservations and guiding them to their tables
  • Providing accurate wait time estimates and managing seating in the waiting area
  • Handing out menus and answering initial questions from customers
  • Optimizing seating arrangements to balance the workload among wait staff
  • Answering phone calls and scheduling reservations for large parties
Skills & Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Experience in customer service within the hospitality industry
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Experience with OpenTable (preferred)
