Responsibilities

• Welcome guests as they enter the restaurant or bar area and seat them at assigned tables.
• Manage reservations and seating chart to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Communicate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including lobby and entrance.
• Monitor dining room for seating availability, cleanliness, and proper service flow.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting tables, rolling silverware, and restocking supplies.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
