Job summary

Hacienda Del Sol Guest Ranch Resort in Tucson, Arizona, seeks a Conference Services Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of corporate meetings and social events, from planning to execution, and to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.

You will lead catering events, manage BEOs, collaborate with clients to realize their vision, supervise staff, monitor budgets and quality standards, and work with culinary and events teams to deliver seamless, memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in catering or event management is required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ensure that all food and beverage offerings are of the highest quality and meet the resort standards.
• Manage event budgets and inventory, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as the culinary team and event planning, to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving our catering services.
