Job summary

Hacienda Del Sol Guest Ranch Resort is an historic luxury resort located at the foothills of the Catalina Mountains in Tucson, Arizona. The Host/Hostess role focuses on providing exceptional guest service in restaurant and bar areas, greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests as they enter the restaurant or bar area and seat them at assigned tables.
Manage reservations and seating chart to ensure timely and efficient service.
Communicate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
Answer guest inquiries and provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including lobby and entrance.
Monitor dining room for seating availability, cleanliness, and proper service flow.
Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting tables, rolling silverware, and restocking supplies.
Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
