The Host greets customers immediately upon entry and manages the flow of the restaurant by organizing seating for each server. They should be knowledgeable about menu items and specials, and able to answer questions. The Host may also handle To Go Orders and ensure the FOH atmosphere, including lighting, music, and cleanliness, is inviting for guests.
