Host – Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar

Flynn Group, founded by Greg Flynn, has grown the largest Applebee’s franchisee in the world, operating over 460 restaurants. As a host/Server Assistant you will greet guests, assist servers, and manage flow.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the door with a warm greeting.
• Assist servers in delivering exceptional service.
• Manage overall guest flow and seating.

Qualifications

• Age 16 or older.
• Strong communication skills.
• Commitment to making an impact.

Physical Standards

• Remain stationary for up to 4 hours.
• Reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 lbs.
• Speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets around the dining area.
• Wear protective hand coverings and face coverings throughout the shift.
• Clean with disinfectants and wash hands with disinfecting soap frequently.

Compensation

Host’s start at $15 – $20.00 per hour. Daily Pay* available (not available in California). Competitive wages, healthcare benefits, meal discounts, and paid sick leave.
