Join our team at Flynn Group, the leading operator of Applebee’s. As a Host, you greet guests, maintain flow, and support servers.

Job Description

• Greet guests at the door with a warm welcome.
• Assist servers in delivering exceptional guest service.
• Maintain overall guest flow of the restaurant.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Effective communication skills.
• Commitment to making an impact.

Physical Standards

• Remain stationary and exert mobility for up to four (4) hours.
• Safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets.
• Wear protective hand coverings throughout the shift.
• Work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift.
• Wash hands with disinfecting soap regularly.
