Host Hiring Range: $16.66-$18.05
Host Full Compensation Range: $16.66-$20.83

• Providing a great first impression with a friendly demeanor
• Escorting guests to tables
• Taking reservations and managing wait lists when necessary

This role is part of the Front of House service team, so great customer service skills are essential.

Must be 17 or older.

Other Compensation: Referral Bonuses, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, with 20+ hours/week).

Health Insurance: Coverage includes health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity (must be 18+).

Retirement Benefits: 401(k) plan with company match up to 4% of pay (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year).

Paid Time Off: 0.0192 hours for each hour worked (after 1+ years of service, 35+ hours/week).
