Job summary

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling reservations for guests via phone or in person
• Using OpenTable
• Familiar with Tripleseat
• Communicating to managers, servers, bartenders any guest special requirements
• Clear, friendly, positive communication on the phone to confirm reservations
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness of Host stand
• Welcoming guests by opening the door, seating guests, holding door open for guests as they leave
• Placing to go food orders
• Manage flow of guests for seating and wait times
• Clean uniform and professional appearance
