Job Opportunity: Part-Time Hosts at The Dinex Group

The Dinex Group is seeking part-time Hosts for its Japanese Omakase restaurant.

The Host serves as the first and last point of contact with guests, responsible for greeting, seating, and farewell. They also manage reservations, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth restaurant operation during service. Responsibilities include taking and confirming reservations over the phone, retrieving messages, and returning calls professionally.

The Host will report directly to the General Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a Host and familiarity with Resy.

Essential Duties:

• Availability during weekday lunch hours
• Making and confirming same-day reservations
• Fulfilling VIP requests
• Handling email inquiries
• Responding to reservation inbox requests
• Reviewing and revising reservation notes to resolve issues
• Assisting management with various projects

Skills, Abilities, and Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in fine dining, preferably Japanese cuisine
• Professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
