Job summary

Kingston Resorts is seeking a part-time hospitality team member to welcome guests, seat them, and manage dining flow at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort in Kingston Resorts. Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends; PTO and benefits provided.

Responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of the menu, assisting with side work, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for guests at Kingston Resorts’ Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort complex.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
Ability to manage seating and respond to guest requests.
Knowledge of restaurant menu and services helpful.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and ascertain dining needs.
Seat guests and manage seating chart.
Monitor restaurant activity and dining flow.
Clear dirty tables and reset for next guests.
Clean tables, chairs and floors as needed.
Assist with side work (stocking, cleaning, etc.).
Ensure knowledge of menu and offerings.
Respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously.

Job description

The Kingston Resorts is a 145-acre oceanfront resort on the north-end of Myrtle Beach. Less than 2 miles from Tanger Outlets and a short 20-minute trip to Broadway at the Beach. This resort is home to the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort, Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach, Kingston Plantation Condos, and Royale Palms. Responsibilities

Welcome guests and ascertain their dining needs.
Seat guests and manage the seating chart.
Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.
Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.
Wipe down tables and chairs, move tables and chairs, and clean floors as necessary.
Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
Ensure knowledge of menu.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
