Job summary

The Kingston Resorts is seeking a part-time Restaurant Host/Hostess for the Hilton location at Kingston Resorts in Myrtle Beach. You will welcome guests, escort them to seats, and support dining room flow with a friendly, efficient service mindset.

• Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.
• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.
• Wipe down tables and chairs, move tables and chairs, and clean floors as necessary.
• Assist others with side work including cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
• Ensure knowledge of menu.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.

As a Restaurant Host/Hostess, you would be responsible for welcoming guests and escorting them to their seats for dining in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
