Job summary

The Kingston Resorts is seeking a friendly Restaurant Host/Hostess for a part-time PM shift at the Hilton Kingston Resorts in Myrtle Beach, SC. You will welcome guests, escort them to seats, and manage dining flow to ensure excellent guest service.

Responsibilities include maintaining the seating chart, answering menu questions, and assisting with side work as needed. Flexible schedule; holidays and weekends required. Perks include PTO, health benefits, 401(k), life insurance, and more.

• Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.
• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.
• Wipe down tables and chairs, move tables and chairs, and clean floors as necessary.
• Assist others with side work including cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
• Ensure knowledge of menu.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.

Job description

The Kingston Resorts is a 145-acre oceanfront resort on the north-end of Myrtle Beach. Less than 2 miles from Tanger Outlets and a short 20-minute trip to Broadway at the Beach. This resort is home to the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort, Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach, Kingston Plantation Condos, and Royale Palms. As a Restaurant Host/Hostess, you would be responsible for welcoming guests and escorting them to their seats for dining in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

This is a Part-time position working at the Hilton located at Kingston Resorts. PM Shift with a Flexible schedule, with holidays and weekends required.
