Job summary

Grove Bay Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Host to greet guests as they enter the restaurant and guide them to their tables. You will manage reservations, answer phones, and coordinate seating with the wait staff to maintain a smooth flow during peak hours.

Experience in hospitality is preferred, along with strong communication and a positive attitude. OpenTable experience is a plus, and the role offers opportunities for advancement and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in hospitality.
• Positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication and phone etiquette.
• Flexibility with alternating shifts.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• OpenTable experience preferred.
