Job summary

Over Easy is hiring to Spark Brighter Days by delivering friendly, attentive service in a warm and inviting setting. You’ll help seat guests, maintain a clean dining area, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

We value being bright, energized, and real, with a strong focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction. 16+ and able to lift 50 pounds preferred for a busy casual dining environment.

Qualifications

• fun, energetic, eager and a committed team member.
• have a love for service, guest experience and teamwork
• must be a strong communicator
• 6 months experience in a high volume restaurant preferred
• able to communicate clearly with teammates and the management team
• able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
• at least 16 years of age and authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Have the knowledge of every product and ingredient in house and know why they are the best of the best
• Be an invaluable member of the team; seat guests, bus tables, build relationships, and help wherever and whenever!
• Maintain a clean restaurant, from tables to terminals, refrigeration units to host stands.
• Observe your Guests and ensure they are loving the food, service, and ambiance.
