Job description

Come join one of the best hospitality groups in our area, TFB Hospitality. This position is for our full-service restaurant and bar located on the wonderful Rock Lititz Campus inside the Rock Lititz Hotel! Join our experienced, fun team in a fast-paced environment and make tips on room service and takeout!

Position Details:

  1. Full-time: 25-35 hours per week
  2. Part-time: 15-25 hours per week

Rate: $12/hr plus tips from Room Service/takeout

Hours:

  1. SUN-THUR 4:00-9:00 PM
  2. FRI-SAT 4:00-10:00 PM
  3. SUN 9:00 AM-2:00 PM

*Approx. 2-4 shifts per week, shifts will vary based on need and Hotel occupancy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers upon entry and exit, providing accurate wait times
  • Managing the flow of guests and maintaining an up-to-date seating chart through Open Table GuestCenter
  • Escorting guests to their table while correctly rotating servers
  • Assisting the waitstaff by clearing and resetting tables
  • Answering the phone and providing appropriate service (i.e., Reservations, To-go, or Room Service)
  • Taking, processing, and delivering Room Service orders

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have some type of weekend availability
