Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure service standards and proper execution
• Greet guests and seat them
• Manage reservations process
• Communicate with guests in the spirit of southern hospitality

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a front-of-house service environment
• Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
• Good math skills and ability to operate a POS system
• Clear and effective communication with managers, employees, guests, and vendors
• Ability to move and process information quickly
• Working knowledge of English

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours)
• Reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently
