Host (Hospitality Team Member)

What You'll Do

1. Greet Guests with Warmth – Be the first face guests see—smile, make eye contact, and offer a friendly, helpful welcome.
2. Manage the Flow – Seat guests strategically to keep the restaurant running smoothly. Monitor the waitlist, manage reservations, and help the team maintain pace and energy.
3. Help Keep Things Guest-Ready – Reset tables, wipe menus, and keep the front of house looking sharp. A clean entrance and lobby make a big first impression.
4. Pitch In Where Needed – Support food running, drink delivery, bussing, and rolling silverware when things get busy. Be the team player who helps keep the whole shift on track.

What We're Looking For

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Able to stand/walk the entire shift.
• Comfortable lifting up to 20 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Clear communicator with strong attention to detail.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• No experience required—just the right energy and work ethic.
