Job summary

Nando's PERi-PERi North America is seeking Hosts in Fairfax, Virginia. As a Host, you will warmly welcome guests and be their first impression of our brand, ensuring each guest has an exceptional experience. Responsibilities include managing the dining room flow and maintaining a positive atmosphere. Qualifications

• Stand, walk, and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout shift.

Hosts are gracious, hospitable, confident, and excited to welcome our guests to the party. They act as the ultimate brand ambassador, explaining the unique service style, maintaining the tone of voice, words, and body language, recognizing regulars and first‑time guests, controlling the flow in the dining room, and ensuring every guest leaves happy. They are the first and lasting impression upon our guests and set the tone for their experience.

Minimum Requirements And Expectations

• Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
• Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
• Basic English language and professional communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 15 lbs for an extended period
• Stand, walk, and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout shift
