Job summary

Great American Restaurants is seeking a friendly, guest-focused host to join our team in the Northern Virginia area. You will greet guests, manage the front-of-house experience, and help ensure an exceptionally welcoming dining environment before guests even order.

This hourly position offers paid training, opportunities for growth, and a benefits package including health insurance and 401K eligibility for qualified team members.

Hosts earn $18+ per hour

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Greet guests as soon as they walk through the door
• Providing exceptional guest service
• Maintaining a neat, organized front-of-house environment
• Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and answering questions
• Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
