Now Hiring: Host/Hostess at Jōtō | CH Distillery (West Loop)

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Host/Hostess to join our team at Jōtō |CH Distillery,

a fast-paced sushi restaurant and distillery in the heart of West Loop.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves hospitality and enjoys creating a warm, welcoming first impression for guests. While previous hosting or restaurant experience is a plus, it’s not required—we’re happy to train the right person!

Ideal Candidate:

• Has a positive attitude and works well in a team setting
• Is punctual, dependable, and ready to learn
• Can listen well, follow direction, and stay focused during busy shifts
• Is comfortable using computers or reservation systems
• Has a basic understanding (or interest) in sushi or Japanese cuisine—not required but helpful
• Communicates clearly and stays calm under pressure
