The Longboard St. Thomas is hiring a host/hostess to welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for an elevated coastal dining experience.

As part of a large team, you will manage reservations, greet guests, and ensure a smooth flow of service while maintaining a polished appearance and friendly demeanor.

• Minimum 1 year of host and/or restaurant experience.

• Able to work in a standing/walking position for long periods of time.
• Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment.

• Maintain open communication with guests with any delays or wait times – always keep them in the loop!
• Recognize the familiar faces of our industry partners and VIP guests, ensuring their visit is flawless and aligned with our hospitality standards.
• Collaborate with the team; support the floor and lend hands when needed.
• Partner with management promptly to resolve guest feedback or operational challenges.
