Role Responsibilities

First impressions matter! As a Host, you are the first person guests see when they walk in. Your job is to make them feel welcome, ensure they are seated promptly, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest touch points. When guests finish their meal, you will thank them sincerely as they leave. Additionally, you will support Servers and Managers by communicating party sizes and seating arrangements to ensure smooth operations.
