Job Summary

As a Host at Another Broken Egg Cafe, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality customer service and hospitality. Your responsibilities will include properly greeting and seating guests, maintaining an efficient waitlist, and upholding our standards for customer service and hospitality. You will have the opportunity to interact with guests and be a part of creating an exceptional breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality.
  • Greet and acknowledge guests with a smile.
  • Demonstrate professional phone skills and effective communication.
  • Maintain a polite and professional demeanor.
  • Follow guest check-in procedures and maintain an organized waitlist.
  • Ensure proper setup of coffee station and restock supplies as needed.
  • Assist with silverware setup and bussing/resetting tables.
  • Keep newspaper area, entry rug, and promo area neat and organized.
  • Perform closing duties including trash collection, cleaning countertops and entry walls, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Clean and organize menus and water plants as needed.
