Responsibilities

• Receive storage and inventory for all departmental supplies and food stuffs.
• Store food and supplies in correct containers and storage areas.
• Maintain records of storage temperatures for perishable items.
• Dates, labels, and rotates stock according to procedures.
• Orders food and supplies following company protocols.
• Follow HACCP guidelines when receiving and distributing food supplies.
