Job summary

StoneSprings Hospital Center is seeking a Cook PRN to prepare, season, and cook a wide variety of food items following menus and production sheets. You will train and guide other staff while maintaining a clean, sanitary work area and collaborating with production teams on portions and recipes.

Qualifications include a high school graduate or equivalent and 2+ years in healthcare and quantity cooking, with duties spanning food safety, equipment use, and quality processes.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate/Equivalent preferred
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare preferred
• 2+ years of experience in quantity cooking preferred

Responsibilities

• Adhere to HACCP/food safety guidelines/policies & procedures
• Utilizes proper equipment to produce standard recipes
• Utilizes systems to quality process/standards in food production
• Performs other duties as assigned
