Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of healthcare experience preferred.
• 2+ years of quantity cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, prepares, seasons, and cooks a wide variety of food items in quantities while following menus, recipes and production sheets.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work area and communicates with other staff about menus and portion sizes.
• Provides training and guidance to other employees performing related work.
