Job summary

Quint is seeking a Hospitality Render & Visualization Designer to transform hospitality concepts into compelling visual representations, including photorealistic renderings, 3D mock-ups, floor plans, and visual decks. You will help sell ideas to partners, guide vendors, and ensure flawless execution of hospitality environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in architectural visualization, event rendering, or hospitality/environmental design.
• Expert proficiency in rendering software (SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, 3Ds Max, or similar).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of spatial design, lighting, and materials for real-world fabrication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Visualization, Interior Design, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D renderings, floor plans, elevations, and visualizations for hospitality spaces based on creative direction.
• Develop presentation decks and visual assets used for partner pitches, internal reviews, and vendor hand-offs.
• Interpret mood boards, sketches, and spatial layouts into highly polished digital mock-ups reflecting brand and experiential goals.
• Work within brand and partner guidelines to ensure assets align with expectations.
• Collaborate with Event Operations, Creative Services, and external vendors to ensure feasibility and design fidelity.
• Maintain a library of design assets, textures, and templates for efficient reuse and scaling across events.
• Support multiple concurrent projects while managing deadlines, quality standards, and design approvals.
