Job summary

Quintevents, LLC seeks a Hospitality Render & Visualization Designer to transform concepts into photorealistic visuals for hospitality spaces. You will produce 3D renderings, floor plans, elevations, and visual decks that support partner pitches and vendor hand-offs.

You’ll translate mood boards and spatial layouts into polished digital mock-ups while ensuring brand alignment and design fidelity across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in architectural visualization, event rendering, or hospitality/environmental design.
• Expert proficiency in rendering software (SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, 3Ds Max, or similar), Adobe Creative Suite, and AutoCAD.
• Ability to translate abstract ideas into compelling visuals with speed and accuracy.
• Strong understanding of spatial design, lighting, and materials for real-world fabrication.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Visualization, Interior Design, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D renderings, floor plans, elevations, and visualizations for hospitality spaces based on creative direction.
• Develop presentation decks and visual assets used for partner pitches, internal reviews, and vendor hand-offs.
• Interpret mood boards, sketches, and layouts into polished digital mock-ups reflecting brand and experiential goals.
• Work within brand and partner guidelines to ensure assets align with expectations.
• Collaborate with Event Operations, Creative Services, and external vendors for feasibility and fidelity.
• Maintain a library of design assets, textures, and templates for efficient reuse across events.
• Support multiple concurrent projects with deadlines, quality standards, and design approvals.
