Job summary

Premium Parking in Miami, FL seeks a Hospitality Supervisor to lead on-site valet, shuttle and guest-service activities across our new luxury office space. You will supervise daily operations, coach attendants, and ensure consistent service while maintaining safety and a polished environment.

You will partner with the Account Manager to drive guest satisfaction from curb to lobby, oversee traffic flow, manage staffing needs, complete checklists, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must be able to drive and operate standard and automatic transmission.
• Strong communication and professional image.
• Prior management experience in parking/hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise valet operations and guest service daily.
• Coach attendants; ensure service standards.
• Manage vehicle flow and traffic at entrances.
• Lead on-site during shifts; train new team members.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and equipment readiness.
• Complete daily checklists and incident reports.
