Job summary

Premium Parking in Miami, FL seeks a Hospitality Supervisor to lead on-site valet, shuttle and guest-service activities across our new luxury office space. You will supervise daily operations, coach attendants, and ensure consistent service while maintaining safety and a polished environment.

You will partner with the Account Manager to drive guest satisfaction from curb to lobby, oversee traffic flow, manage staffing needs, complete checklists, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

Job DetailsJob Location: Premium Parking Miami FL - Miami, FL 33131Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: None/Not SpecifiedSalary Range: $22.00 - $22.00 HourlyJob Shift: Standard Business HoursJob Category: General LaborThe Hospitality Supervisor supports Premium Parking’s hotel and hospitality operations by providing onsite leadership, ensuring consistent service delivery, and maintaining a safe, polished, and well-managed environment.

This role works closely with the Account Manager to oversee valet, shuttle, and guest-service activities while reinforcing Premium Parking’s service philosophy: People Deserve Great Places. The Hospitality Supervisor leads by example, supports the guest experience from curb to lobby, maintains operational consistency, and ensures that team members deliver exceptional hospitality at all times at this new luxury office space.

Section 3: Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Guest Service & Hospitality Leadership:
  • Create a warm, professional first impression for all guests entering the property.
  • Supervise daily valet operations to ensure efficient vehicle retrieval, parking, and guest service.
  • Support and coach valet attendants and hospitality associates on service standards and engagement.
  • Handle concerns with professionalism and elevate them to leadership when needed.
  • Ensure team members maintain polished, professional appearance standards.
Operational Support & Traffic Flow:
  • Oversee traffic movement at entrances, valet lanes, and pickup areas.
  • Ensure safe and efficient flow of vehicles during peak periods, events, and high-volume times.
  • Monitor parking operations and support enforcement of parking rules or procedures.
  • Conduct site walkthroughs to identify and address safety or operational issues.
Team Coordination & Frontline Leadership:
  • Act as the onsite point of leadership during assigned shifts, providing direction and support to hospitality teams.
  • Serve as the onsite supervisor during assigned shifts, providing leadership, direction, and operational support.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Provide ongoing coaching for service delivery, safety, and procedures.
  • Communicate staffing needs, performance concerns, or operational updates to the Account Manager.
  • Monitor employee performance, attendance, and productivity, communicating concerns and recommendations to the Account Manager.
Safety, Compliance & Facility Presentation:
  • Ensure all safety standards and operating procedures are followed by team members.
  • Report accidents, incidents, unsafe conditions, or operational hazards immediately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of valet stands, entrances, and guest-facing spaces.
  • Conduct basic inspections of equipment, signage, and lighting; report maintenance needs promptly.
Administrative & Location Support:
  • Complete required daily checklists, shift reports, and incident documentation.
  • Ensure key control, ticket management, and vehicle logging procedures are followed.
  • Coordinate with partners and maintain communication regarding guest flow and service expectations.

Required:
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Must be able to drive and operate a standard and automatic transmission vehicle comfortably
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must maintain professional image
Preferred:
  • 3 years of licensed driving experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word Document and PowerPoint
  • Previous management experience in the parking, hospitality or service industry
Other Requirements:
  • May be required to answer phone calls/emails/texts outside of regular business hours
  • May be required to work at other locations as deemed necessary by their supervisor
  • Bending, sitting and standing repeatedly
  • Pulling and pushing, as in opening and closing car doors, consistently for entire shift
  • May be required to bend and twist as in getting in and out of a vehicle
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to push up to 100 pounds on a luggage cart
  • Must be able to stand, walk and/or jog for an entire shift
  • Depth perception: the ability to identify which of several objects is closer or farther away
