Job summary

LBA Hospitality is hiring a Utility Worker/Dishwasher to help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen. The role involves setting up the dishwashing station, washing and organizing dishes, cookware, and utensils, and supporting the food-and-beverage team to deliver excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, hospital, residential, or care-facility environment is preferred.
• Food-handler certification preferred at hire and may be required after employment.
• Knowledge of safe dishwashing procedures and sanitation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up the dishwashing station and maintain cleanliness of dishes, cookware, and utensils.
• Operate and clean dishwashing equipment per manufacturer instructions.
• Monitor sanitation, chemical levels, and water temperatures.
• Assist with meeting-room setup and other hotel support duties as assigned.
