Schedule: Full-time, 12:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, and every other weekend.

Job Summary

You can make a difference in patients' lives as a Support Services Technician with Corewell Health. Showcase your adaptability by working across multiple locations and departments including Environmental Services, Nutrition Services, Reception, Patient Transport, and Supply Chain. Effective communication and collaboration are essential to ensure continuity of service and foster a positive work environment.

Essential Functions

• Perform duties as described in the specific role, including using related technology.
• Communicate effectively with hospital staff, visitors, and patients to ensure high-quality customer service and care, contributing positively to the patient experience by maintaining a safe, clean, and appealing environment.
• Greet, assist, and guide visitors, staff, and patients through the hospital.
• Complete special projects as assigned under specific guidance.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or related fields

Preferred

• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA or ARC, within 90 days
