Qualified candidates typically hold an associate or bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years in IT infrastructure, cloud services, and communication systems.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years of IT infrastructure and systems experience.
• Certifications from Cisco, CompTIA, ITSM, Microsoft, or PMI are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation and tickets in ServiceNow; use Confluence for collaboration.
• Provide IT support for Retail POS, Property Manager, and Food & Beverage systems.
• Support Windows 10, iOS devices, and on‑premise/cloud services; manage network and VoIP.
• Assist with Active Directory, email, and file storage such as Office 365/OneDrive.
