Job summary

Agilysys is hiring an Implementation Specialist to support the installation, configuration, and training of its software and hardware solutions at client sites. The role works with Project Managers to ensure system readiness, go-live success, and a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of hospitality tech implementation experience, direct POS experience, and knowledge of PMS, inventory, procurement, and payments in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, technology, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience implementing hospitality technology.
• Direct experience with POS system implementations preferred.
• Experience with POS, PMS, inventory, procurement, or payments in hospitality.
• Willingness to travel up to 90%.

Responsibilities

• Support onsite implementation and configuration of Agilysys software and hardware solutions.
• Collaborate with Project Management to tailor system configurations for operational efficiency.
• Assist in managing project scope and ensure clear, accurate documentation.
• Identify risks and support mitigation strategies and escalation processes.
• Develop training materials and deliver end-user training.
• Provide on-site and remote go-live support and troubleshooting.
