Qualifications

• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer questions about the menu.
• Input orders accurately into the POS, including mods.
• Process payments and give correct change.
• Suggest items based on promotions and orders.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and proper cash handling.
• Resolve customer complaints respectfully and process refunds if needed.
• Assemble food orders per specifications and pack appropriately.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area (front, dining, restrooms, exterior).
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with team members for smooth operations.
• Count cash drawers and follow daily cash handling procedures.
