Job summary

Shake Shack is hiring in Beaverton, OR for a team-oriented role at our busy restaurant. Earn $17.00/hour plus tips, with potential up to an extra $2/hour on certain late shifts, and be part of a fast-paced, people-first hospitality team.

As a team member, you’ll master multiple stations, prepare food to Shake Shack standards, and uphold food safety and guest service with warmth and integrity. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Adaptability to various roles within the restaurant.
• Consistently demonstrates integrity by doing the right thing and taking accountability.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age of 16 years.

Responsibilities

• Embody enlightened hospitality by leading interactions with genuine warmth and care towards both team members and guests
• Prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack's standards and recipes
• Master all stations and rotate through them, keeping each day fresh and exciting
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety of guests and team members
