Job summary

Shake Shack in Tigard, Oregon is hiring crew members to deliver Enlightened hospitality and delicious meals. An hourly rate of $17.00/hour plus tips reflects our focus on people and learning opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll master multiple stations, prepare and assemble orders to Shake Shack standards, and rotate through roles with energy and a positive attitude. You will also follow strict food safety procedures and uphold our values of integrity and community.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced, high-volume environment experience preferred.
• Adaptability to multiple restaurant roles is required.
• Demonstrates integrity by doing the right thing and taking responsibility.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Age 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Embody enlightened hospitality with warmth toward guests and team members.
• Prepare and assemble food orders to Shake Shack standards.
• Master all stations and rotate through them.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
