CAVA is seeking a Team Leader to help bring our mission, values, and guest focus to life across our restaurants. You will work with your General Manager and Assistant General Manager to lead the team, promote a positive work environment, and deliver on commitments to guests.

This role emphasizes teamwork, training, and operational excellence, including food safety, inventory, and timely service to ensure a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and guest service.
• Ability to coach and train team members.
• Experience with opening/closing procedures, inventory, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and promote a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with Managers and Team Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Support opening/closing the restaurant, food orders, inventory, and cash handling as needed.
• Support food safety initiatives and ensure proper practices and cleanliness.
