Ideal candidates will have over 5 years in hospitality recruiting, be bilingual English/Spanish, and possess fluency in ATS systems. You'll help source talent, pre-screen candidates, and participate in our upside when placements are made.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospitality recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Bilingual English / Spanish preferred for market credibility.
• Local talent network in one of our markets is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build the candidate pipeline in your primary market.
• Pre-screen candidates for relevant certifications.
• Identify staff with floor-leadership potential.
• Coordinate with Training Manager for candidate placement.
