Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in hospitality recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience with hospitality staffing agencies or hotel recruitment.
• Ability to build and maintain a local talent network.

Responsibilities

• Build the candidate pipeline across all PHES role lines.
• Pre-screen candidates for craft and credentials.
• Coordinate with the Training Manager to push qualified candidates into cycles.
